Today, from our cloud-connected smart factory with over 30 CNC machines in Drammen, Norway, we offer the world's most advanced turning, milling, and inspection services. We specialize in high-volume precision machining of small-dimension components and complex materials, including Inconel 625, Super Duplex, Nitronic 50, and 316. With a proven track record, we confidently position ourselves as a leading force in the machining industry.
Welding
At HTS Dynamics, we specialize in executing precise welds between different materials, enabling our global customers to seamlessly integrate turn-key parts into their systems. Our extensive range of welding qualifications, particularly in butt-welding small-bore sizes across typical subsea materials like Inconel 625, Super Duplex, Nitronic 50, and 316, has solidified our position as a leader in the field. Our advanced welding robots have completed up to 30,000 welds annually. We are proud of the vital support we’ve provided to the deep-water oil and gas industry over the years.
Pressure Testing & Assembly
By incorporating pressure testing, flushing, and assembly as integral parts of our service offering, we provide a streamlined and efficient process that ensures the flawless delivery of turn-key products to our global customer base. Our state-of-the-art 6,000 m² production facility is equipped to handle all critical operations in-house, from machining and welding to assembly, testing, and documentation.
